Also serving Burlington, Hamilton, Milton and all the beautiful communities nearby.

If you want improved air quality in your home, adding whole house HEPA filter system can give you just that. These filters are an effective and efficient way to reduce allergens and airborne pollution.

What are HEPA Air Filters?

In short, these systems are installed and work throughout the house using your home’s existing heating and cooling system. Whenever your home’s heating or cooling system is on, it will also be working to clean the air.

Smaller units for single rooms are available, but a whole house system is ideal because you can easily and efficiently clean the air throughout the home without any effort.

Because they require no additional effort on your part and they work with the home’s existing heating and cooling system, they are cost effective, convenient and efficient.

How Well do HEPA Air Filter systems Work?

These filters have much smaller openings than traditional screens, so they can trap and capture much smaller particles from the air, leaving the home’s air cleaner and fresher. While they do not remove gasses and odor molecules, they effectively rid your home of airborne contaminants .3 microns and larger, like pollen, mold, bacteria, viruses, dust and mites.  As well as tobacco, wood or cooking smoke, pet dander, and insecticides plus much more.

If there is a smoker in your home, they can also help to purify the air in one room so it does not travel to others.

They can also help to reduce dust particles, bringing relief to allergy and asthma sufferers.

How Do They Work?

The system connects to the return air duct and diverts 1/3 to ½ of the dirty air through the three stage HEPA. The three stages consist of a pre-filter, the HEPA filter and an inner filter.  The HEPA filter is replaced between 3 and 5 years, and the pre & inner filter once to twice a year.

Wipe Out Indoor Air Quality Issues

Even if you don’t have allergies or asthma, breathing in particulate matter is unhealthy. Prolonged exposure to excessive amounts of allergens could lead to you developing a reaction. The bottom line is that regardless of your situation, your health can benefit from cleaner air.
