Appleby Systems is pleased to present a service agreement and maintenance plan that offers insurance on your furnace, condensing unit and/or fireplace. Our HVAC Home Protection Plan ensures the performance of your equipment with the commitment to provide the highest quality parts and labour at no charge, covering all functioning parts of the mechanical/electronic components of the warranted product.
If your equipment is 20 years of age or less, our HVAC Home Protection Plan includes an annual maintenance program and a warranty for the performance of your equipment, renewable on a yearly basis. Should you sell your home, this policy plan is transferable to new owners—making your house more marketable.
Coverage includes gas control valve, blower/components, condensate pump, door switch, electronic ignition system, purge blowers, low voltage circuit fuse, fan & limit controls, heating circuit transformer, auto vent damper/motor, power burner motor, thermocouple, flame spreader, flow switch, fan motor, relay, roll out switch, pilot burner and main burner.
Coverage excludes heat exchanger, filters, thermostats, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, heat re-claimers, after hour emergency rate (highly discounted rate), service caused by lack of maintenance procedures and an Act of God.
Coverage includes capacitor, control box assembly, control box, contactor, filter drier, fan motor, wire harness and valves.
Coverage excludes compressor, refrigerant and/or refrigerant leaks, coil, thermostat, after hour emergency rate (highly discounted rate), service caused by lack of maintenance procedures and an Act of God.
Coverage includes blower, thermopile, switches, thermocouples, thermodisc, gas valve and controls.
Coverage excludes glass, logs, heat exchanger, combustion chamber, service caused by lack of maintenance procedures and an Act of God.
There is a $50.00 surcharge for after hour calls.
